Sweet Mustard (Roger Passey)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
3 T. dried mustard
1/2 t. cornstarch
2 T. Butter
Mayo
Mix ing, except butter & mayo, in blender. Pour in saucepan & bring to low boil. Stir frequently so it won't scorch. Add butter while it's hot. Thicken to the texture of lemon butter. Mix into mayo when it's a little cooler (great with ham)
