In a large bowl Cut together with pastry blender to form fine crumbs
1 ½ c. flour
1 T. plus 1 tsp cold butter (slightly warmed)
1/8 tsp salt
Make a well in the center and add:
2 egg yolks
Using a fork gradually mix together eggs & flour,
Mix until dough comes together,
Divide into quarters& roll it out, sprinkle with flour if needed. Repeat rolling & stretching until dough is desired thickness. Let dry for 20 min & then roll up & cut into desired width of noodle. Cut with knife or pizza cutter.
You can cut them without drying if you don’t roll them up. Just use a pizza cutter..
