Chicken Satay

2 lbs. chicken breast, cut into 2-inch chunks
2 tsp. Asian 5-spice seasoning
1 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced ginger
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
Salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Marinate for two hours in the refrigerator. Skewer chicken cubes and grill for one minute on each side.
Serves 4.
