This recipe is from Elizabeth Elliot, and old Wasatch Ward-er. :)
1 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 T. oil
Combine ingredients until just mixed. Butter pan or skillet. Pour on to desired size. Turn when bubbles are breaking on tops.
