Three Layer Dessert

Three Layer Dessert

for 9x13 pan

Filling: (Brony doubles the filling)

1 c. xxx sugar
1 c. water
3 Tbsp cornstarch
Pinch of Salt
½ small box raspberry or strawberry jello
1 pt. ( 2 c.  Maybe piled high) raspberries or strawberries

Stir sugar and cornstarch together. Add water, bring to boil, (should be just about right at boil), remove from heat, add jello, stir till dissolved. Cool completely. Add strawberries, put into cooled layers

*You can use other fruits and jello. Ie: peach, raspberry etc

Crust:

1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 stick butter

Combine flour, pecans, butter, mix well, press into baking pan and bake at 400 till light brown. Cool

Cream Cheese Layer:
   maybe 1 1/2 times the ing. for this for 9x13

1 – 8 oz crm cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 – 13 oz cool whip or whipping cream (whipped)

Mix cream cheese & sugar. (Brony never uses a full cup of sugar) Fold in whipping cream Spread evenly over cooled crust.
