Brony’s Salsa

6 c. onion 
1 c. lemon juice
4 c. green pepper
1 bunch of cilantro (or to taste)
3-4 jalepenos (to taste)
6-7 cloves of garlic
2-3 anaheim peppers
3 T. salt or to taste
3 T. cumin
2 T. Coriander 
2 T. sugar
1 T. brown sugar
1 t. black pepper
Tomatoes diced

Use a 15 qt soup pot and fill 2” from the top with diced tomatoes. Bring to boil to desired consistency. Put in jars and water bath 20 minutes for pints or 25 minutes for quarts.
