Carol’s Sugar Cookies

3 Stick softened margarine (1 butter, 2 marg)

Add and mix 1 ¼ c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp bkg soda

Add 1 T. vanilla

Make 3 logs and slice off. Press with fork crosswise


Bake at 350 for approx. 10 minutes

Yield approx. 60 – 70 cookies
