Bread Dressing

1 loaf dry bread cubes
onion
butter
celery ( 3 stalks) diced
sauté onion in butter
1 ½ - 2 tsp. sage & poultry seasoning
pour in milk or giblet juice ( ½ to ¾ c.)
stir in 2 beaten eggs
